We would prefer it left at the curb after the trash has been emptied, however, once we have cleaned your trash container, we can bring it back to your garage or another designated area that has been prior arranged.

Yes. When you sign up and receive a conformation email back you will set up your payment preference online on our website Once we have received your payment you will be routed on a schedule. You have the control to make changes for your payment at any time.
The first payment is upfront, and after that, we bill quarterly or annually. We prefer if you set up ACH autopay so your card does not get declined and you do not miss your service.

Yes. We are striving to provide service year-round, however, please keep in mind that some weather is just too much. We ensure that we will keep you up to date with any changes due to weather. We do not operate on holidays.
